- Browse priest profiles on the Priests page
- View qualifications, experience, and specializations

Booking & Reservations
How to Book a Puja
Follow these steps to book your ceremony:
- Browse the Services page and select your desired Puja
- Choose between Virtual (online) or Offline (in-person) service type
- Pick a qualified priest from the available options
- Select your preferred date and an available time slot from the priest's calendar
- Add any special requirements, intentions (sankalpa), or notes for the priest
- Review your booking summary — service, priest, date, time, and price
- Complete payment securely via Stripe
- Receive instant confirmation with ceremony details via email and in your Reservations dashboard
Managing Your Reservations
Access and manage all your bookings from your Reservations dashboard:
- View upcoming and past ceremonies
- Access virtual ceremony links (for online Pujas)
- Download invoices and receipts
- Reschedule bookings (up to 24 hours before)
- Cancel bookings according to our cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
- 24+ hours before: Full refund
- 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: No refund (except emergencies)
- Priest cancellations: Full refund + service credit

Virtual Ceremonies
Joining a Virtual Puja
- You'll receive a ceremony link via email after booking
- The link is also available in your reservations dashboard
- Join 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time
- Ensure your camera and microphone are working
- Follow the priest's instructions during the ceremony
Technical Requirements
- Internet: Stable connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended)
- Device: Computer, tablet, or smartphone with camera
- Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge (latest versions)
- Audio: Working speakers/headphones and microphone
Preparing Your Space
For the best virtual Puja experience:
- Set up a clean, quiet space facing East or North
- Arrange a small altar with a lamp (diya), flowers, and incense
- Keep water, fruits, and any required items nearby
- Dress in clean, modest attire

Payments & Billing
Payment Methods
All payments are securely processed through Stripe:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported)
All transactions are PCI-compliant and encrypted end-to-end via Stripe.
Invoices & Receipts
- Invoices are sent automatically after payment
- Download receipts from your reservations dashboard
- All invoices include service details, priest info, and payment confirmation
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Refund amount depends on cancellation timing
- Technical issues on our end qualify for full refund
- Contact support for refund status inquiries

Access your account settings from the Account page:
- Update your display name and profile picture
- Manage notification preferences

- Update communication preferences
Privacy & Data
